I know it's been so strange While I was reaching for stars I was dropping your heart all over again It's a hard hand to hold When you're letting go I wasn't ready for the red light coming on I wasn't ready for the right life going wrong Wasn't ready for the tightrope swinging My life boat sinking, no I never noticed all the good things going on I only saw that you were here once you were gone Wasn't ready for the whole world spinning Don't feel like winning at all They never teach you the fall When they're building you up When it starts to rain There's nothing to save you from the flood It's a hard hand to hold But now that you're gone I wasn't ready for the red light coming on I wasn't ready for the right life going wrong Wasn't ready for the tightrope swinging My life boat sinking, no I never noticed all the good things going on I only saw that you were here once you were gone Wasn't ready for the whole world spinning Don't feel like winning at all I wasn't ready I wasn't ready I wasn't ready for the red light coming on I wasn't ready for the right life going wrong Wasn't ready for the tightrope swinging My life boat sinking, no I never noticed all the good things going on I only saw that you were here once you were gone Wasn't ready for the whole world spinning Don't feel like winning at all I wasn't ready I wasn't ready I wasn't ready I wasn't ready And I'm sorry I never let it in And that I let you down I wasn't ready I wasn't ready for the red light coming on I wasn't ready for the right life going wrong Wasn't ready for the tightrope swinging My life boat sinking, no
