Anvil - Don't Tell Me (Bonus Track)

Don't tell me Don't tell me fake news Don't tell me No truth abuse Watching the TV set and what they have to say Looking for the truth they try to convey When you do the research, appalled to what you find Nothing but a pack of lies, a quandry for your mind Hypocrites and contradiction, so much there to see Listen to the talking head, the words of spewed debris Go to a place of worship and hear what was said Religion won't save you if you are dead Don't tell me Don't tell me fake news Don't tell me No truth abuse Fact or fiction as we learn to find the truth The evidence won't show us when there is no proof Life from other planets, the mystery of what they are Forbidden and secret, wish upon a star Going on what you are told and what some people say Mob mentality looks for victims on which to prey Don't tell me Don't tell me fake news Don't tell me No truth abuse Ignorance, indoctrination, simple to apply When we're constantly told an outright lie Hypocrites and contradiction, so much there to see Listen to the talking head, the words of spewed debris Go to a place of worship and hear what was said Religion is the reason why hatred is spread Don't tell me Don't tell me fake news Don't tell me No truth abuse
