ELVIRA NOVA, Jutidy, Ömer Bükülmezoğlu - By Thursday

By Thursday Everything felt different Monday came and left in pieces Coffee cups and crowded streets I kept waiting for a feeling That never showed up for me People talking in the background Traffic moving through the rain Everything kept going forward Even when I stayed the same Day by day Without noticing By Thursday By Thursday The weight was not as heavy By Thursday By Thursday The silence felt less empty For a moment I could finally hear my life again Weeks don't change the world completely They just soften sharper lines Little things begin returning One by one without a sign Songs I couldn't listen to Started sounding good again Not because the story ended Just because it wasn't everything No warning No miracle Just time By Thursday By Thursday The weight was not as heavy By Thursday By Thursday The silence felt less empty For a moment I could finally hear my life again By Thursday Everything felt different
