Marty Wilde, Kim Wilde - 60's World

Back in the 60's, baby That was the sound of the song I heard Our memories were running free They seemed to follow me They're here again They're playing around with my feelings and then I look for escape but I find I'm locked in a 60's world And now just like before Out of my head, somewhere on the floor Oh memories, you're holding me But won't you let me be? You're here again You're playing around with my feelings and then I look for a door I can't find I'm locked in the 60's world Last night when dreams are softly spoken I saw someone who once was near I wanna go right back again I wanna take you there, I wanna show you and then I wanna take your hand, put your head near mine Come on, let's go, why don't we go back again? Back in the 60's, baby That was the sound of the song I heard Oh memories, you're holding me You've gotta set me free You're here again You're playing around with my feelings and then I look for escape but I find I'm locked in a 60's world These were the sounds of the song I'm singing Think of the joy, of the love they're bringing Crazy days, that's your time It was a better world, a place to be I'm going back to live in a 60's world
