NejroGS - Feel Alive

I spent too many nights just getting by Wearing smiles that didn’t reach my eyes Chasing money chasing someone else’s dream Forgetting how it feels to just be me But tonight the music’s calling loud And I can feel it breaking through the crowd My heart is beating faster than before I think I’m ready to feel something more I’ve been numb for way too long Now I’m ready to feel strong I feel alive when the bass hits my chest I feel alive when I’m giving my best No more waiting for the perfect time Tonight I’m living like the world is mine I feel alive I feel alive For the first time in a long long time I feel alive I feel alive And I’m never going back to who I was I used to care what people thought of me Now I’m dancing like nobody can see I let the rhythm take control of me And suddenly I feel so fucking free The lights are flashing sweat is on my skin I don’t remember the last time I felt this Like every cell inside my body knows That this is where I’m supposed to be I’ve been numb for way too long Now I’m ready to feel strong I feel alive when the bass hits my chest I feel alive when I’m giving my best No more waiting for the perfect time Tonight I’m living like the world is mine I feel alive I feel alive For the first time in a long long time I feel alive I feel alive And I’m never going back to who I was This might be temporary I know But right now it’s all I need to grow Sometimes you have to lose control To remember you still have a soul I feel alive when the bass hits my chest I feel alive when I’m giving my best No more waiting no more fear Tonight I’m finally living here
