Kirk Franklin, Ant Clemons, Justin Timberlake - Better Days (Live)

Let me talk to ya' Some people come out of the storm better And some people come out of the storm bitter The difference between the bitter and the better Is the compass of your heart And the direction that you wanna go So let's go See, some people wanna stay in the position of a victim But those of us we know that we are victors Because we have victo-ries, you see, haha Because when you have victory You understand that the pain was part of the plan to make you greater (better's ahead) You understand that the circumstances or The weights that you kept lifting every day And today is a new day, look at you You had to cry, but you're smiling now You had to go through it, but you're better now Because you are something special God plans ya' Even in the darkness, you are light Where's the light? There's a light at the end of the tunnel Keep your eyes on the road ahead But if you're feeling lost in the night It's okay to cry Just as long as you hold your head 'Cause we're on our way to better Better's ahead, better's ahead It gets worse 'fore it gets better But better's ahead, better's ahead Better days are coming (better and better and better) Better days are coming Better days, better days (better and better and better) Better days are coming (better days, better days) I know you've been kicked out Slept on, let down, faith gone Waited for too long for something to lean on You feel weak, just be strong Deep breath, stay calm If you just press on, press on, press on You gon' see there's a light at the end of the tunnel Keep your eyes on the road ahead And if you're feeling lost in the night It's okay to cry Just as long as you hold your head 'Cause we're on our way to better Better's ahead, better's ahead (better) It gets worse 'fore it gets better -er-er But better's ahead, better's ahead Better days are coming (I know) Better days are coming (I know, I know) Better days, better days Better days are coming (better days, I know, I know) I know you feel left out and stepped on Keep going, keep going Shine bright, don't dim yours for no one Keep going higher, and higher and higher and higher It gets (it gets) It gets Better days, better days are coming (better days) Better days, better days, on their way (it's gets better) Are coming ('cause I know) Better days, better days are coming (better days, ye-yeah) Better days, better days (I know) (Better) Better, better yes I know (Better) Better, better if you could see it, believe it Things will get better (it get's better) It will get better, better, better, better (only gets better) (It gets better y'all) If you could see it, believe it I know that things will get better (better) Better (better) If we're together (together) I know, better (it's gon' get better) Better (better) I know that better's ahead Better days are coming Better days, better days, yeah
